- How to mix clean bright colors using a minimum palette that will harmonize the colors in your paintings
- How to make neutral colors to enhance the bold ones, and where to use them
- How to simplify different painting subjects into familiar three dimensional shapes
- How to use different types of brushwork to match painting subjects
- how to use mediums to lay color over color
